This couple + Aldridge Gardens + the changing leaves = one of my favourite sessions this Fall!

Marlee and Peyton’s journey began two years ago when they met through mutual friends at a party! They discovered they had lived just a street away from each other while growing up, and somehow their paths had never crossed until then!

To Marlee, Peyton was just “the annoying guy who rode his motorcycle around the neighborhood.” Peyton would recall seeing Marlee’s school bus every day, unaware of the beautiful love story that awaited them years later! There were hundreds of opportunities to meet, but the Lord waited to place them in each other’s paths at just the right time!

Aldridge Gardens provided a magical setting for Marlee and Peyton’s engagement photos. It was my first time shooting a portrait session there, and I always love the challenge of a new location!

Despite the brisk weather, these two radiated warmth. They were such a delight to work with – a truly sweet couple with a genuine connection that shines through every photograph!
