Brooks fell in the pond.

Yep… that’s how our session ended! Little two-year-old Brooks was running around in the Botanical Gardens and, PLOP! in he went. Thankfully Ryan is an EMT and impressively scooped him out with one arm. After a shocking few seconds, we all looked at each other and chuckled as Allie said, “EMTs make really great life partners!” Sweet Brooks braved the session and also learned a valuable lesson to not step into ponds, ha!

This is my second time photographing this sweet family and it’s super fun to watch little families develop. Brooks is learning new words every day, Allie starts a new job in a few weeks and they’re winning at parenting. So thrilled to share this sweet session with you!
