I had the pleasure of photographing Sydney and Nick Cork when they announced they were adopting, a process they are still in the middle of. Little did they know, they would end up getting pregnant along the way! Sweet baby Emma Cork is here and she is PERFECT!

They had one of the cutest nurseries I have ever seen – that wallpaper! Emma was the perfect baby and did such a great job posing for us. It was so cool watching Sydney and Nick work as a team and be awesome parents to their new baby girl.

At one point, I noticed a vase of carnations next to their bed and an idea hit me! I sprinkled some flowers around Emma and it turned into some of the sweetest newborn shots I’ve ever taken! I will 100% be recommending that every parent bring flowers to my upcoming newborn sessions.

This was such a sweet, special session. I cannot wait to see how Emma grows, and how the Cork family grows in the future!
