I arrived at Mariah and Tom’s house and baby Mark Thomas was faaaast asleep…. and stayed fast asleep until I left! He barely moved a muscle and was the most perfect baby! I squeezed in a short snuggle and snapped away.

Tom was actually my Orientation leader when I first started at Samford! He would joke about my British accent and I would throw shade right back about his Southern accent… the beginnings of a great friendship, right? We now attend the same church, and it has been sweet to get to know Mariah a little bit! Fun fact: I was at the beach a few months ago and ran into them at a gas station as they were leaving their babymoon!

Mariah and Tom are obviously so in love with their little boy and it was precious to capture the first few days as a family of three. I’m so excited to watch Mark Thomas grow!
