Goodness, being part of this family’s story is just the sweetest gift! Would you believe me if I told you this was my tenth time photographing them? From Emma’s newborn photos back in 2018 to this fall session in the prettiest open field, documenting their family over the years has been the biggest honour. Every time we’re together, I’m reminded how special it is to witness families grow in front of my camera.
Emma and Jacob are truly SO fun. They adore each other, and it shows in every giggle, every race across the field and every other little moment they share. They’re playful and energetic, but also incredibly polite and well behaved. They’re a total joy to photograph! Watching their personalities shine brighter each year is one of my favorite parts of their returning family sessions.
And then there’s Hanna and Joe, who continue to prove that they’re absolute rockstar parents. The way they love their kids with such intention, patience and joy is inspiring to witness. I could truly spend hours with this bunch! Every session with them feels easy, natural, and full of heart. Until next time, Lahr Family!
