Mumbles, Swansea

Last week I was in Wales… the land of song, mountains, sheep, daffodils… and land of the 1904-05 revival. God has done a special work here before (even the “daily newspapers spread news of conversions and generated an air of excitement that helped to fuel the revival“) and we believe He’s doing it again. You can read more about it here in my previous post!

During our time in Wales, we had an afternoon off where we explored the town of Mumbles in Swansea. It’s a beautiful coastal town with restaurants lining the beach! My family and I walked toward the lighthouse beyond the pier and stumbled upon a glorious beach cove. It felt like we were transported to Greece!

The water was clear blue. Boats were out sailing. People were enjoying the heat. Colours were radiant. The tide was out, exposing a mass of pebbles. I’m excited to share these with you!
