I’ve got quite a few senior portrait sessions on the books for April, and Avery is next on the list! She’s graduating in May from Vestavia High School and is on her way to Auburn in the fall (notice the cute orange dress!!!). We met up at Morris Avenue to begin our afternoon together.

I’ve gone to church with the Thrower family for a pretty long time, so it was very special to photograph this momentous occasion in Avery’s life! I always love when photography allows me a front row seat to special events in my friend’s lives.

Lastly, Avery and I headed over to Crest Road to complete our shoot (one of my favorite spots in town)! She threw on an Auburn t-shirt, and we talked about how excited she is to graduate high school and start college! She can’t wait to rush and meet all sorts of new friends. And I can’t wait to hear all about it whenever she comes back to visit!
