I’m so excited to share with you all this incredible senior session I recently captured with the lovely Faith Wood! In just a few weeks, she’ll be graduating from Vestavia High School and preparing to start her college career at Auburn!

Faith holds a special place in my heart as I had the privilege of discipling her during her 10th-grade year. Seeing her grow into the amazing young woman she is today has been an absolute joy, and I’m honoured that she asked me to photograph this incredible milestone in her life!

Faith is an absolute beauty inside and out. Her joyful demeanor and infectious laughter lit up the entire garden! Plus, she brought the cutest outfits to change into!

If you happened to be at the Botanical Gardens while we were shooting, you might have seen Faith, her mom and I struggling to set up and take down my trusty pop-up tent. I carry this tent to every session, because you never know if there will be a place for a safe outfit change! Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to break down without help, and we made quite the spectacle of ourselves trying to put it back together in the gardens!

My time with Faith was such a breath of fresh air! It’s always a joy to spend an entire session laughing and smiling alongside my client. I’m so thankful that Faith allowed me to capture these special moments, and I have no doubt that she will continue to shine brightly wherever life takes her!
