All the tables fell over so they got married in the lobby. ⁠

… that’s the simple way of saying it. During a deluge of rain, high top tables falling over, plant pots spilling on the floor and inches-deep mud covering the reception area, we made the call to hold the ceremony in front of the country club’s grand staircase. In all honesty, this day was FULL of pivoting but it was also so full of radiance and joy … and one of the most intimate ceremonies I’ve ever photographed.⁠

At each change and shift in the timeline and location, though, Elizabeth + Noah rolled with it and kept their eyes on the thing that mattered: getting married in front of their closest peeps. Their perspective was refreshing, and it was a joy to serve them on Saturday! ⁠

I really felt like these portraits are a representation of their personalities, because they were fully themselves and so happy to finally be The KANES!!!⁠
