Last month, I teamed up with Dream Drives to give away a free photoshoot featuring one of their classic cars! They graciously allowed us to use their stunning 1961 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II LWB, affectionately named Charlotte, for the shoot. After a few days of offering the giveaway, I reached out to Hannah and Hunter to let them know they had won and we got to work scheduling their shoot!

This is not the first time I’ve teamed up with Layne and Prince McDougal, the incredible owners of Dream Drives. Last year, we worked together to provide a similar giveaway for Valentine’s Day (featuring Ruby, the red 1951 Packard convertible, of course). Layne and Prince own a fleet of 4 classic cars, with Charlotte being the newest addition! Naturally, we had to take some beauty shots before Hannah and Hunter arrived for their shoot.

Hannah is a good friend of one of my past brides, Ema Wedgeworth, and started following me on Instagram when I shot Ema and Jackson’s engagement photos and wedding! She was so excited when I told her she’d won the giveaway, and it came at a perfect time seeing as she and Hunter are recently engaged!

The weather kept us on edge the entire day of the shoot. It threatened to rain all day long, but luckily, the skies held out for us, providing the perfect, moody backdrop for the session! Hannah and Hunter made the trip all the way from Florence, AL, so I’m relieved the weather cooperated for us.

Hannah arrived to the shoot in the coolest outfit. Her dress featured a tulle train down the back, reminiscent of a veil, which was a beautiful nod to their upcoming wedding! It was such a fun touch. Hannah and Hunter were incredibly natural together, and it was an absolute joy to capture their love in such a fun way!

After our shoot, we headed back to the Dream Drives garage where Layne and Prince house their fleet. Hannah and Hunter got the exciting opportunity to choose one of their four beauties to ride in around Birmingham during sunset! They picked Ruby, my personal favourite from the Dream Drives collection, and had a lovely date night together exploring Birmingham!

I’m thankful for Hannah and Hunter’s willingness to participate in the giveaway, and can’t thank Dream Drives enough for providing such a beautiful classic car for the shoot!
