After a thoroughly COVID wedding in 2020, the Stallings decided to host a reception a year later! It was around their first anniversary, and they partied like it was too! Swann Lake Stables was a beautiful setting for family to connect, friends to interact and stories to be swapped around lantern-lit tables with greenery tangled up in the tea lights.

They met at church, and after observing him for a long time, Shelly decided that yep, she did like Jake Stallings. His character shone as she watched him serve at church each week and invest in people around him. On Jake’s end, he’d always known that Shelly was the life of the party and a magnet to everyone she met. Once they started dating, there was no looking back and the future was wide open.

It was a joy to celebrate them in Birmingham this spring!
