As the Alabama sun cast its light over Birmingham’s Railroad Park, I had the privilege of capturing the vibrant spirit of Tait Davidson, one of the many standout high school seniors I’ve had the honour of photographing this Spring. Our session highlighted not only her completion of the past four years at Vestavia High School, but also her infectious enthusiasm for the next chapter in her life at UAB!
Tait has been a formidable force in softball throughout her entire high school career, dedicating countless hour to both travel and school teams. Her talent has even taken her to over 40 US states! Her dedication has paid off spectacularly, as she is now proudly signed with UAB’s softball team!
Although she’s a homebody at heart, Tait was initially poised to attend a college far from home. However, after touring UAB, meeting the coach and falling in love with the campus, she knew she had found her new home – only a stone’s throw away from Vestavia, and at the same time, a whole new world for her to explore!
Tait’s incredible new journey as a UAB Blazer is just beginning, and I wish her the best of luck as she steps onto her new home field!
