This month I took a lotta weird selfies.

In the car, carrying beau-coos of flowers, standing in the blazing heat and working from the couch … you name it, I took it.

This month, no surprise, I frequented all the same spots. 

Crest Road, Crest Road, Crest Road … oh, and the Botanical Gardens. What’s new around here? The jaw-dropping sunsets get me every time and I can’t get enough!

This month my Mama came to town! 

Loved having Mum in town from Atlanta. We spent the day eating, drinking coffee, dodging the storms and stocking up my kitchen as I swap roommates.

This month one of my besties got engaged! 

I had so much fun planning this surprise with Hunter, and he surely surprised Taylor! Taylor just moved in with me, and I’m thrilled to be celebrating her in this season as she and Hunter head toward marriage!

This month I went to a concert on a school night! 

And I remembered that I’m not in college anymore, haha. It was a blast seeing Needtobreathe and OneRepublic. I didn’t think I’d know many songs by OneRepublic, but I was pleasantly surprised! They put on a good show and it was a fun time with friends.

This month my roomie moved out! 

Kelly and I lived together for two years and had the greatest time. From 6:00 a.m. walks and quiet times by the tree, to living room workouts and Madam Secretary, to late night bedroom chats and doing ministry together, it’s been a joy. She gets married in March and I can’t wait to photograph that sweet day!

This month I photographed amazing people. 

I think I type this same line every month? There’s no other way to describe them than “amazing” and I’m so grateful this is my JOB! What in the world?!
