This month, I celebrated five years in full time business.

I hosted the most fun party at Emerald Venue with the help of friends and family and had a blast! It was so kind of the Lord to bring all my peeps together under one roof so I could thank them for the investment they’ve had in my business. It’s a gift journeying through life with these people; so many not pictured!

This month, I watched my discipleship group girls CRUSH Step Sing! 

It’s my favourite Samford tradition, and I proudly haven’t missed a year since 2010! Four of them even placed!! It was so much fun watching them have a ball up on stage.

This month, we celebrated Kelly at the beach!

Kelly and Blake’s wedding is just around the corner – only four more weeks – and it was so much fun escaping to the beach to celebrate all things Kelly! We walked by the shore, made flower arrangements, piled in the hot tub and talked while sipping coffee for hours. Let’s get this show on the road, Kel!

This month, two friends and I hosted a retreat. 

It was our first time hosting something like this, and we had a BLAST!! We called it “The Abide Retreat” and centered all Bible study, activities and worship time around the Biblical command to Sabbath. People from our different walks of life traveled to this gorgeous cabin in Cullman and we had the greatest time resting and enjoying God’s presence and one another’s company!

This month, I found the perfect photographer dress.

Athleta really did it!! This dress is fleece-lined, cowl-necked and even has pockets and thumbholes. It’s perfect for winter weddings and keeps me warm!

This month, I sang at our women’s worship event. 

I always love “Breathe” because 400+ women are willing to set aside a night to just engage with Jesus, ready to hear what He has to say through worship and storytelling.

It was a sweet month full of ups, downs, more ups, in-betweens, celebrations, showers galore and more friends than I know what to do with. So grateful, and I’m ready for February!
