Cedarmont Farm is a picturesque southern dream. From the brand new white-washed walls of their indoor reception space to the bridal suite that’s decked out in all things pink, the owners and staff at Cedarmont have thought through every special detail and couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

Built in 1815, the main house on the farm is absolutely enchanting, providing a charming backdrop for first looks, bridal portraits or family photos. One of their many outdoor ceremony spaces lies right outside the front doors of the main house and is a popular pick among past couples.

Cedarmont started hosting weddings in 2020 and quickly became a favourite among Middle Tennessee couples for their all-inclusive style of planning. Their “Cedarmont” package includes full planning services as well as floral design, decor, music and catering! For additional vendors, couples are welcome to select from Cedarmont’s “preferred vendor” list. Choosing from the list is not required, but it’s a great jumping-off point for couples who may not be familiar with the market!

Just down the steps from the back of the house, you’ll find the bridal cottage of your dreams. Every inch of this beautiful space is exquisitely pink! Within the cottage you’ll find a full kitchen, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and the cutest styling bar. Right outside the cottage lies a gorgeous in-ground swimming pool! Although swimming in the pool is off-limits, it makes for the perfect background for getting ready photos with your girls!

Receptions are almost always hosted inside the main barn. Featuring all tables and chairs necessary for up to 170 guests, a covered outdoor patio perfect for cocktail hour and a fully furnished groom’s loft, this adorable red barn blends the rustic beauty of Tennessee’s countryside with the elegance and sophistication that we know modern couples desire! Plus, the barn serves as the perfect rain plan (they’re always thinking ahead!).

Perhaps my favourite ceremony location on site sits right behind the barn: a lush, 3-tiered grassy landscape topped with an evergreen arbor. I could easily imagine saying “I do” beneath the trees, dashing off to take sunset photos in the fields nearby and returning to enjoy a beautiful reception with friends and family!

There’s something special about Cedarmont, and I’m confident it lies in the details. The owner, Colleen Kelly, grew up on the farm and has a dedicated love for it and the couples she serves.

Colleen’s team, made up of 8+ planners, managers and assistants, are constantly thinking of ways to make wedding days run smoother. Whether that’s stashing extra boutonniere pins in the groom’s lounge, keeping a sewing kit on them at all times or storing M&Ms in their fanny packs to help lure flower girls down the aisle, they’ve got you covered!

We are so thankful for the time Colleen and Rachel, one of their venue managers, took to teach us more about their incredible venue. As Rebekah, Carli Jo and I followed them throughout the property, we were blown away by their dedicated attention to detail.
