Ben + Curran: Mountain Chapel Church and The Club

Love stories are always unique, but when you add a touch of nostalgia, stunning details, and a fantastic group of people, you get an out-of-this-world wedding day like Ben and Curran’s!

Their special day was nothing short of magical, and it all started with their perfectly designed details!

Curran’s day begin at her childhood home where she got ready alongside her bridesmaids. The familiar surroundings added a comforting touch to the preparations. The laughter and shared moments among her best friends in the place where she had grown up made the day even more meaningful and heartfelt!

Curran’s wedding dress was an absolute masterpiece, drawing inspiration from her mother’s gown! The detachable sleeves and bow added a timeless elegance to her bridal look, paying homage to her mother while making it uniquely hers.

Curran had a beautiful first look with her father that brought tears to everyone I the room. Their emotional embrace was a moment they will both cherish forever!

Next, we piled into cars and headed over to Mountain Chapel Methodist Church in Vestavia Hills. This ceremony venue is the church Curran grew up at, and still holds a special place in her heart. She and Ben exchanged their first look on the gorgeous front steps!

They hopped inside for a moment to exchange personal vows, then headed inside to take a few more quick photos in the sanctuary. One of the most enchanting moments of the day was Curran’s bridal portraits in front of the giant stained glass window. She had always dreamed of having her photos made in front of it, so we made those dreams come true!

Despite the summer heat, the couple’s big bridal party remained in high spirits. They were a fantastic team, supporting Ben and Curran and sharing fans to beat the heat.

Their ceremony was beautifully done. As Ben and Curran exchanged their vows, the congregation felt the depth of their love and commitment.

After the ceremony, we drove the the final location of the day, The Club. The trip there was hosted by none other than The Struggle Bus, where every ride is a party!

Before entering the reception, we ventured around the grounds just taking in the events of the day and celebrating Ben and Curran’s commitment to each other!

If there’s one thing I learned about Ben and Curran on their wedding day, it’s that they know how to throw a fun party! The reception spilled out on to The Club’s terrace where Ben, Curran and their guests enjoyed the gorgeous sunset. It was the ideal setting for mingling, laughter, and creating unforgettable memories!

The band announced a GIANT group photo that got everyone on the dance floor. From there on out, the night was an awesome dance party!

To top it all off, Ben and Curran’s grand exit was nothing short of iconic! With around 200 people still in attendance, they bid their guests farewell in a shower of confetti. The Club’s neon sign illuminated the night as a classic car whisked them away into the next chapter of their love story.
